These terms govern your use of the Boz Enterprise website and any Boz Enterprise subscription. By using this site or engaging our services you agree to them. Boz Enterprise is operated by Semir Kahrimanovic in the United Kingdom.
The content on this site is provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date but make no guarantees that it is complete or error free. Nothing here is a binding offer; the specifics of any engagement are agreed in writing.

The Boz Enterprise name, branding and site content are owned by us. Bespoke deliverables created for you transfer to you on payment, as set out in your agreement. Third-party tools and licences remain governed by their own terms.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
